Café Reggae   Jamaica Grog   Café Au Lait
                     
Ingredients :
1 cup Jamaica Mountain Choice Coffee brewed
1/3 ounce Jamaica Rum
1/3 ounce Coffee Liqueur
1/3 ounce Crème de Cacao
  Ingredients :
1 cup Jamaica Mountain Choice Coffee brewed
½ ounce each Light and Dark Jamaica Rum
2 teaspoons Coconut Rum
Evaporated Milk, Shaved Chocolate
  Ingredients :
1 cup Jamaica Mountain Choice Flavoured Coffee brewed
1 cup chilled skim milk
1 teaspoon dairy whipped topping, cinnamon, nutmegs in pinches

Preparation :
Combine the first four ingredients and top with whipped cream and nutmeg. Add sugar if required. Serve over cracked ice.

Combine the first four ingredients. Top with evaporated milk, shaved chocolate. Serve over cracked ice.

Preparation :
Combine ingredients with coffee. Pour the mixture over ice and top with whipped cream topping and a pinch of ground cinnamon or nutmeg.

Ingredients :
6 cups Jamaica Mountain Choice French Vanilla coffee
½ cup sweetened condensed milk or cream
¾ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg

  Ingredients :
1 ½ cups Jamaica Mountain Choice Irish Crème coffee
4 teaspoons sugar
4 oz. Irish whiskey
Whipped cream

  Ingredients :
1 cup Jamaica Mountain Choie chocolate almond coffee brewed
1 oz cognac
whipped cream or condensed milk


Preparation :
Combine ingredients (over cracked ice) in blender and blend on high speed until creamy, top with whipped cream or chocolate ice cream. Add sugar if fresh cream is used.

Preparation :
Warm four wine glasses in hot water, dry the glasses and place 1 teaspoon sugar in each. Pour in hot coffee to within 2 inches of rim. Mix sugar and coffee, add one ounce whiskey to each glass and stir. Top with softly whipped cream and serve. Create a stir by having it with cracked ice, using cold coffee or blending to make a daiquiri.

Iced Coffee with Honey   Café Latte   Iced Coffee Delight
                     
Ingredients :
1 cup Jamaica Mountain Choice Coffee brewed or
1 cup Jamaica Mountain Choice Flavoured Coffee brewed
1 tablesponn of honey
ground cinnamon and nutmeg
cracked ice or ice cubes
  Ingredients :
2 cups Jamaica Mountain Choice Flavoured Coffee
¼ cup light cream (whipped)
Nutmeg, sugar
  Ingredients :
4 to 5 cups Jamaica Mountain Choice Hazelnut Coffee
2 teaspoons sugar

Preparation :
Allow brewed coffee of choice to cool to almost room temperature.Pour over cracked ice or ice cubes with 1 tablespoon of honey in a glass. Dust with ground cinnamon and nutmeg.

Preparation :
Pour brewed cold coffee into two 12 oz. Glasses over ice to within one inch of the rim. Top with cream. Add nutmeg and sugar as required.

Pour coffee into ice cube tray and freeze until firm. Fill two tall glasses with mixture of coffee cubes, flavoured cold coffee and sugar. * For an extra treat, add whipped cream or condensed milk, or regular milk and serve with a cinnamon stick or ground cinnamon.

Rum Tropicana                
                     
Ingredients :
1 ½ cups Jamaica Mountain Choice Old Rum coffee
½ cup cream or sweetened condensed milk
cracked ice
               

Preparation :
Brew four cups Old Rum Coffee. Allow to cool. Combine with ½ cup cream or sweetened condensed milk. Pour over cracked ice and blend to a smooth consistency. Serve in daiquiri glasses.
